Terms of Service

Launchee provides launch-orchestration tools for SaaS and indie-product founders: phase-based checklists, an asset vault, brand kit, multi-channel calendar, AI-driven asset drafting, and related features. We continuously update the product. Features available at any given time are described on launchee.io.

One account per person. You may not share an account or create multiple accounts to circumvent limits. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure, the accuracy of the information you provide, and all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@launchee.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use Launchee to create spam, misleading, deceptive, or otherwise harmful content.
• Violate the terms of any platform you launch on (Product Hunt, Hacker News, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, App Store, etc.).
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the proprietary logic of our pipelines, prompts, or models.
• Use the service for illegal activities, harassment, infringement of others' rights, or any activity that exposes Launchee or other users to legal risk.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially redistribute the service or its outputs as a standalone product without written permission.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to breach the security of the service or its infrastructure.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via our payment partner. Current plans and pricing are listed on launchee.io/pricing. You may cancel at any time. Your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period and does not renew. We offer a refund within 14 days of initial purchase if Launchee didn't work out for you. Launchee is provided as-is and as-available. We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. AI-generated outputs are probabilistic and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing them before publishing. Launchee is a tool, not a launch guarantee. Outcomes (revenue, traffic, press, hunters) depend on many factors outside the tool.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuantumBoost is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuantumBoost, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: your content, your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration is Delaware. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

You may close your account at any time from the profile page. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice or refund, if you materially breach these terms (including the Acceptable Use Policy) or if continued service would expose us or other users to legal or security risk. On termination, sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, indemnification, disclaimers, limitations, governing law) will survive.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via the email tied to your account at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
