Information we collect
Account information
Email address, display name, and (for OAuth signups) the public profile data your provider returns, typically a profile picture and full name. Used for sign-in, support, and service communication.
Launch content
Everything you create inside Launchee: your product brief, brand kit, asset drafts, phase checklists, calendar events, generated images and videos. Stored encrypted at rest, isolated to your account, never shared with other users or third parties.
Usage analytics
Anonymized page views, feature usage, and performance metrics so we can improve the product. We don't link analytics events to your account email or content.
Anonymous device identifier
A long-lived launchee_uid cookie so your work persists across sessions even if you haven't signed up yet. UUID v4. No personal data, no tracking signal across other sites.
Payment information
When you upgrade to a paid plan, payment is processed by our payment partner. Card details are never stored on Launchee servers.
How we use your information
Service provision
Deliver and improve Launchee's phase checklists, asset vault, calendar, scanner, and AI generation features. Process payments and manage subscriptions.
Communication
Service emails for account confirmation, password reset, billing receipts, and important product updates. We do not send marketing email unless you opt in.
Improvement and analytics
Analyze anonymized usage patterns to fix bugs, prioritize features, and ensure performance.
Data protection and security
Encryption
All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS and at rest using industry-standard encryption.
Access controls
Strict authentication for personnel. Only authorized engineers can access user data, and that access is logged and monitored.
Data isolation
Your launch state and content are yours alone, encrypted and completely isolated from other users via row-level security at the database layer.
Your rights and choices
Access and portability
Download or export your data anytime from your account settings, in standard JSON format.
Correction and deletion
Update or delete personal information and launch content at any time. Account deletion permanently removes all your data within 30 days. Email support@launchee.io from your account email and we'll handle it.
Communication preferences
Opt out of non-essential communications anytime. Security and billing notifications are retained as required by law and contract.
Legal basis for processing
Third-party services
Hosting and infrastructure
Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database, authentication, storage).
AI providers
Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT family), and Google (Gemini) process the prompts you submit. Per their API terms, content submitted via API is not used to train their models and is not retained beyond service necessity.
Analytics
Vercel Analytics collects anonymized usage data. We do not use ad-tech tracking pixels.
Authentication providers
Google OAuth (optional sign-in). Only the basic profile data they return is stored.
